A Memorial brick may be purchased for any veteran for a $50 minimum donation. The proceeds will go towards the upgrade and future upkeep of the Veteran’s Memorial that is located at the West Side Park. Bricks can be three lines with 15 characters per line. Fill in veterans information on the graft below using CAPITAL LETTERS. Make checks payable to Veteran’s Memorial and send form to:

The Good Samaritan Seniors Outreach Services of Catholic Charities, is sponsoring a Seniors' Potluck on Sept 14, 2011 at 11:30 AM.
Location: St Patrick Parish Center, Tolono. Please bring a dish to share, and invite a friend. The food is always very good!
Donation of $2.00 per person is asked for each luncheon. Call Celeste Taylor at 485-7775 or Nancy Slaton at 485-5594 or JoAnn Hesselmann Smith at 485-5341, to let us know how many to plan for.
Sgt Bill Emery, Safety Officer Illinois State Police will be on the program. He will provide a fun, upbeat talk on Safety for Seniors, and he will answer questions.
You could be the winner of the door prize! Our experienced Coordinator, Patsy Schmitt is recruiting volunteers and rural community Seniors who could use our services! Come, find out what “Caring Companions” volunteer program is all about at an info session following the regular program. Or Please Contact her at 352-5179, ext 750.
Help spread the word about our meal and services. All Seniors age 55+ in the rural areas are welcome! Don’t sit at home and be lonely. If you need a ride, please ask. that will be located at the Historical Society, 101 E Holden
